He then gained valuable experience working in a large Los Angeles clinic which serviced families and individuals having severe behavioral and emotional problems. Hildamari Cabrera LMFT
My journey as a clinical therapist began in 1997 in Miami, FL working with children and their families at a nonprofit organization. Since then I have held clinical positions working for Dade County in Miami, and as of 2006, Riverside County Department of Behavioral Health working with both children and adults.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Biology at the University of Puerto Rico and my Masters of Science Degree in Psychology at the Miami Institute of Psychology, now known as Carlos Albizu University.

I have training in various treatment modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Multidimensional Family Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders.

Therapy is an investment in your life, relationships, health, wellbeing and future. Kara Tiffany-Roberts is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Kara completed her undergraduate work in Psychology at the University of Washington and her Masters in Counseling Psychology at National University. Kara has been in the mental health field for over 25 years and spent the majority of her career working in residential settings with patients that have trauma and mental health diagnosis which makes her very experienced and knowledgeable. Kara specializes in co-occurring disorders, addictions, and marital issues. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy in her practice. She believes in mindfulness and teaches self-care and awareness to all of her patients.

Kara holds several certificates and a license in the drug and alcohol field and enjoys working with individuals that have addiction issues. She is well educated in eating disorders and treats binge eating and those preparing for the gastric sleeve and roux-en Y procedures. Kara is very in touch with the community and has held several volunteer positions in Temecula and Murrieta. She has been serving on the local board of Marriage and Family Therapists (SWRC-CAMFT) for the last five years, was the 2016 President, and earned the Chapter Member of the Year award from CAMFT. She has worked in a variety of positions during her career including Clinical Director and Clinical Coordinator of local drug and alcohol treatment centers as well as having her own private practice for many years. Kara enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families ages 12 years and up.

Kathleen received her Bachelor of Science in 1979 from Loretto Heights College in Denver, Colorado where she grew up. Kathleen was proactive in intensive care and trauma nursing for many years prior to obtaining her Masters degree and license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999.

Kathleen provides a complete psychiatric exam prior to diagnosing and prescribing medications, inclusive of all medical and social problems.

Stephen Creel is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Stephen earned his Masters in Clinical Psychology with Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in April 2001. Since then, Stephen has worked primarily in Substance use treatment but also has extensive experience in issues of Co-dependency, Depression and Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Grief and Trauma. In his work in Substance Use Recovery, Stephen became aware that the vast majority of addiction disorders are predicated with some type of trauma. Thus, in 2019 Stephen underwent training to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to trauma patients. This is a powerful, evidenced based therapy to help people recover from traumatic experiences. In addition to EMDR, Stephen uses a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Family Systems approach. Stephen aims to provide a safe and caring environment in which to help his clients gain freedom and relief from the difficulties they are experiencing.

Dr. McDowell is a licensed clinical psychologist who began working in the field in 1995. She has worked with a range of diagnoses and cultures. She has worked at the University of California, Riverside doing short and long term therapy with college students, at Laguna Beach Shanti, doing individual and group therapy with AIDS and HIV positive persons, and working at Citrus Community College doing psychological assessments with college students. She uses both cognitive behavioral and family systems techniques in therapy.
